which jillian michaels DVDs are your favorite?

So next week is my last week of BR (so crazy!!), and I'm trying to figure out what to do next. As of right now I'm still about 12 pounds away from my goal weight and I know that I won't be losing those in the next week so I need to find another workout program to jump right into.

I was thinking about doing the c25k and adding a jillian michaels video to do each night. Which ones are your favorites? Before the BR, I had the 30 day shred but I'm worried that will be too easy for me after doing the BR. I was thinking about doing the six week six pack. Does anyone have that? Do you feel like it worked? I still have a lot of work to do on my stomach area.

So which videos do you think are most effective? Any help is appreciated!

I have six week six pack. I found that level 1 was too easy and not that great of a workout after completing body revolution. Level 2 is more difficult, but still not as difficult as BR. If you are going to do six week six pack, I would add some cardio to it (like kickbox fastfix which is a really great one!).

I agree that 30DS would be too easy after doing BR. I would recommend levels 3 and 4 of Ripped in 30 (I was dying after 30 min of level 3-- but I was also using heavier weights). I'm going to try levels 1 and 2 using heavier weights, too, and see if that makes it more challenging. Also, levels 2 and 3 of Killer Buns and Thighs are still difficult after BR.

Also try No More Trouble Zones (but use 5 lb weights instead of 3s) and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. They both burn a lot of calories and have great ab circuits.

Mira is right, 30 DS is too easy after BR, I'm starting week 4 of BR and I would say that workouts 3 and 4 are 30 DS level, which I did before BR. I cant recommend any of her other DVDs because I didnt do them...yet.

As for C25K, you are going to love running! I'm starting week 4 and I can't believe I ran 5 mins in a row twice today! The program is really well structured!

RI30, workouts 3 & 4 are great. Well, I don't actually love 3 so much with he duck walks and bear crawls, but they're both good workouts.
