Muffin Pizzas
395 calories per serving as shown in the photo.
Ingredients:
2 Warbuton's toasting muffins (276)
50g Rosemary Conley cheese (95)
50g Passata (14)
10g Honey roast ham (10)
Method:
Cut the muffins in half & toast until golden brown.
Pour the passata over the muffins ensuring it covers all the edges.
Top with the cheese, ham & some sliced tomatoes.
Grill for 5 minutes or until bubbling.
Makes yummy pizzas in a matter of a few minutes
