Yes I've read I use this http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/

I get
BMR 1328
TDEE: 1594
Calories 1355

So I want to eat my TDEE?

    If you want to keep your current weight you eat at your TDEE. If you want to lose weight you eat at TDEE - 15% (which seems to be 1355.

    However those numbers seem incredibly low. How much exercise do you do a week?

    No exercise I have a joint ligament disorder and had major wrist surgery in May. I don't sit all day but majority Hince why I put desk job. I'm 61 inches, 125 lbs, age 32.. if you want to look?

    Maybe in between set my calories around 1400? I'm on high protein and calcium for obvious reasons
