Activity levels?

Im curious at what activity level I should be (currently doing moderate n expecting it will be what is recommended) currently I am building up running so this weeks plan is 2 x 10km runs, 1 x 30 min Pt session of weights, 1 x 45 min cycle class, 1 x 60 mins body pump and 1 x 60 mins body balance (possibly a additional 45 min pump class if I can make it time wise) - I also do a office job.,,,,so curious on people's thoughts?

I'm assuming the 10km runs will take at least an hour? If so you are not moderate, but next level up:flowerforyou:0
