looking for advice - book and fitbit

I just ordered my fitbit. I've debated and read all the reviews on it and a few others. I finally decided on getting it. Are there any fitbit users here that can give me some advice on the information it will give me and how it links up here to MFP and how we do EM2WL.

Also I am looking for any books that I might be able to purchase that would help me learn more or understand more about eating more.

I would be ever so grateful for any advice or comments. Thank you

    Hey!

The fitbit is good at tracking your daily activity. Its great for trecking steps, to know if you are being active or not. Its nice to see how many miles you walked in a day ect.

Also its nice that it monitors your sleep...that was helpful for me.

However, since then I switched to a Bodymedia Fit LINK.

I have a fitbit. So do you feel the BMF is more accurate? Does it work more on your heartrate (as FB does not)?
