I purchased a fitbit a couple of weeks ago and have been wearing it for most of the day except when I'm showering or something. Today was my first sedentary day ever since getting the fitbit. Right now, it's telling me that I've burned 1470 calories and there's still about 3 hours left in the day. I had my RMR measured a few weeks ago and it was 1470. I know I was pretty sedentary today but I'm pretty sure I've burned more than 1470. Is there any way to calibrate the fitbit or enter your RMR so it can more accurately count calories?
