Weights on barbell

I am just curious as to what weights other people use. I just upped my weights by 2.5 pounds! I use the following weights:
warm-up - 5 pounds/side
legs (squats/lunges) - 12.5 pounds/side
shoulders/triceps - 7.5 pounds/side
biceps - 5 pounds/side
back - 12.5 pounds/side
I think that covers it. I know we are all at different levels, but I do wonder when I am lifting. If I was in a class I could look at everyone else, but I am in my living room. I know I have much stronger legs than arms, but I am so proud I could go up to 7.5 per arm!!! I wasn't completely sure but I did it!
Also, what motivates me is how the instructors look on the video. Plus, Joel is soooo hot! I love doing shoulder work out with him!! So he motivates me for sure, I'll lie down with him any day (on the floor, in my living room, doing the shoulder track...)

I vary on my weights and really need to work on endurance. I actually need to do pump more often. I have been slacking!
What I usually do in total.
16# warm up (Sometimes just 10#)
40# squats (just up'd it from 36#)
10# Chest (up'd from 6#)
16# Back
10# lunges
5# shoulders
5-10# on abs
This is the first time I am realizing what I actually lift. I think I will keep a better track from now on.0 -
If it burns so much by the end of a set, that you want to punch Joel in the nose, then you're using just the right amount of weight. :noway: It should burn like crazy. (But it should not hurt.) When it gets to a point that it doesn't burn as much, then up the weights. If you still think Joel is hot at the end, then you're not working hard enough. :bigsmile:0

I have upped my weights for Round 2. I bought a pair of 2.5s and 5s
So: (each side)
Warm up: 10
Squats: 22.5
Lunges: 20
Clean & Press: 17.5 and sometimes 20
Biceps: 7.5
Triceps: 12.5
Now, about Joel! He is hot! I love when he starts singing...down, down, down!0
