Body Brushing: Skin Health & Cellulite Reduction

Have you ever heard of body brushing? Sounds a bit odd but the benefits are amazing.

When you use a skin brush on dry skin, you help get rid of dead skin cells but also bring back the circulation to the surface. This allows your skin to do what it is supposed to do and that is get rid of the toxins in your body. It also redistributes the fat deposits that lay next to your skin (cellulite) and helps to tone it back up.

I love how my skins looks and feels after doing this (daily and before I get in the shower).

    Yes, I have. I actually do it myself. It kinda was a little uncomfortable at first but once you do it a few times you will notice a difference in your skin.
  • It is amazing! I think the body brush will be something I give away at one of our Girls Lunch Out soon! :) That is just how much I love it!
