my energy is improving greatly. I have an earlier wake up time then I usually did. I feel refreshed when I get up. I have been really good at not weighing 4 days not doing it. my clothes everyone was saying I would gain but I'm not:) my clothes are looser on me including my pairs of pants. not enough to go down a size yet I think its 20 pounds till I reach a size 14. but am getting closer to it.
going to be making my grocery list from the ideas of eating healthy from my cruise moves book the same principle as eat more to weigh less . and the strength training exersizes are from equipment I already have in the house so I won't need to go to a gym. we don't have any around in red neck country.

Sounds great- more energy was the biggest benefit I found to EM2WL which translated to more exercise and better results. Keep up the good work!0
