My two favorite low carb snacks are 1. apple with peanut butter (no sugar, no salt)
2. dill pickle wraped in low fat ham or turkey ( believe it or not it is super good)

I am still in induction, but when I allow myself a treat, I do a pickle spear with crunchy peanut butter on it
My other favorite easy snack is meat/cheese rolls. I'll mix and match to keep it interesting. Turkey with pepper jack might be my favorite though.0 -

1) Home made low carb scotch eggs. A British favourite- if you havent already tried them give them a go they are extra yummy dipped in a little English mustard:

2) Marinated olives & feta cheese. You can do this yourself in a big tuppaware box and then take mini portions in bags as snacks. Mix olive oil with dried oregano, mint, thyme and garlic powder with some lemon juice and add cubes of feta & mixed olives.0 -

I like to fry a little cheese. I sprinkle a serving of cheddar or mexican blend shredded cheese in a non-stick pan and let it get brown on the bottom. When its done enough that it stays together, I flip it over and let it brown on the other side. Its oh so heavenly!0
