My two favorite low carb snacks are 1. apple with peanut butter (no sugar, no salt)
2. dill pickle wraped in low fat ham or turkey ( believe it or not it is super good)

I am still in induction, but when I allow myself a treat, I do a pickle spear with crunchy peanut butter on it :)

My other favorite easy snack is meat/cheese rolls. I'll mix and match to keep it interesting. Turkey with pepper jack might be my favorite though.

    1) Home made low carb scotch eggs. A British favourite- if you havent already tried them give them a go they are extra yummy dipped in a little English mustard:

    2) Marinated olives & feta cheese. You can do this yourself in a big tuppaware box and then take mini portions in bags as snacks. Mix olive oil with dried oregano, mint, thyme and garlic powder with some lemon juice and add cubes of feta & mixed olives.

Thanks, I'm making those Scotch eggs tomorrow, they look ace :)

My 2 go-to snacks right now (I try not to snack though):

    1) Cheese, I'm trying all varieties at the moment ... Cheese got me through the majority of my morning today.

    2) Macro Raw Nut Mix

I like to fry a little cheese. I sprinkle a serving of cheddar or mexican blend shredded cheese in a non-stick pan and let it get brown on the bottom. When its done enough that it stays together, I flip it over and let it brown on the other side. Its oh so heavenly!

1.) Pork rinds ( I like to eat them with a dip I make of melted butter, cinnamon and stevia)
2.) Roasted seaweed snacks! I JUST found these little gems the other day, 0 net carbs and oh so good for you. Like these:
