I don't have the deluxe program, but the workouts do look interesting.
I have TF and *love* it. There are a lot of workouts to choose from. I haven't followed a hybrid plan. I do my CLX workouts and pick TF workouts for my cardio. I especially love the HIIT workouts. TF is advanced cardio. If you love cardio I would recommend it. If cardio is a chore it might not be for you. The deluxe program dvds look more like the CLX cardio workouts.

What kind of schedule do you follow?0

I do my own CLX/Turbo Fire hybrid. Basically it is the 3 CLX lifting circuits, one TF Fire workout (of my choice) with Stretching, and one HIIT workout with an Ab program. I love both programs, because they push me and are a lot of fun. I just got burnt out this week and need a week off. I noticed a huge dip in my energy level this week. So I am defiinitely ready to start the program back up!
Next week I am doing this schedule:
Sun - Fire 45 & Stretch 10
Mon - Push 1
Tues - REST
Wed - Push 3
Thurs - HIIT 15 & Ab Burner
Fri - Push 3
Sat - REST0 -

Thanks this is exactly what I was thinking about doing for a hybrid except I think I am going to add the stretch after my strength days cause it just doesn't seem to be enough stretching on those days. How is this working for you do you like it?0 -
I follow the three days of CLX lifting schedule. I use Stretch 10 after almost every w/o. I do two or three days of cardio. On the other day I do Stretch 40.
This week was:
Day 1: Lean 1 + Stretch 10
Day 2: HIIT 25
Day 3: Lean 2 + Stretch 10
Day 4: TF EZ 55 + Stretch 10
Day 5: Lean 3
Day 6 Fire 45 + Stretch 10
Day 7: Stretch 40
Some weeks I take a regular rest day instead of a cardio w/o. I love cardio though, so it's hard for me to only do it two times a week.0 -
Nice this is perfect thanks guys so much. I took a look at the CLX/Hybrid schedule on beachbody and was a little freaked. I am not a huge fan of cardio but like it enough to do it. So I will probably stick with two cardio and two rest days off with one of those being stretch 40 when I need it (which might be every week ). I have two more weeks with lean on this round and then I will probably take a week off to recoup and refocus and then I am about 95% sure I am going to do this hybrid my next round.0
