checking levels

So I went to my Dr. last week. She wants to do labs to check my levels....she freaked out that I had lost that much weight in almost 4 weeks. I told her I have been working my butt off for it! I think my body was just catching up anyway. I am right on track for 1 pound loss per week of how long I have been exercising and watching my calories.
I had just started on the cytomel, and a lowered levothyroxine. She said I had been taking it long enough to check. I so hope that she doesn't go messing with it, unless it is to increase something lol.
My loss has slowed again since then. But on track with the 1 pound per week so far.
I am on some new meds and supplements however, for my back. I had not posted here about my MRI results. Apparently I have severe degenerative disc and joint disease in my lower back, and mild in my mid back. Hence all my back pain and the "flare up" I had a couple weeks ago. Not sure what is going on with my arms and hands....she is doing blood work to check for rheumatoid arthritis as well.
I am taking arthritis meds now, with an extra pain medication when needed, and joint supplements.
I have appointments with an arthritis Dr, and a physical therapist.
I am continuing my work outs, I am just keeping them low impact, and modifying what I need to keep stress off my lower back.
So far so good.
No clue how the new med will effect, if at all, my thyroid. The Dr.'s have not mentioned anything, but that doesn't always mean squat lol.
She is also checking my Vitamin D levels. I can't remember what she was checking it for. Something to do with my thyroid. There was so much info at that appointment that I don't remember all of it.
Anyway, I ate terrible last week out of a bit of selp pity. Went over on my calories, didn't work out etc. But I am back on track now. Done feeling sorry for myself and ready to own this and continue to be healthy and get healthy!
