Hope no one minds I start a thread for this week.
I'm eager to get a new start with this wonderful week 10.

I haven't been keeping up with our exercises really at all for the past couple of weeks but today I did them!!

The only week I see is week 7, but I'd love to switch it up. I wasn't smart enough to copy any of the previous weeks' lists when they were up - they would have been good references for when I want a quick but good workout at a later date! Do you have any of them? Or any other ideas? Maybe we can all team up to take some pressure off Teresa. She's dealing with a friend's death *and* computer trouble, all at once.0 -

TUESDAY
2 Sets of 15 swimmers press, 2 sets of 15 wood chops, 2 sets of 21's and 2 sets of 15 tricep kickbacks

WEDNESDAY
You can break this up however you like. However, it has to be done in one workout.
100 jumping jacks
75 calf raises
50 squats
25 lunges or singles leg squats
THURSDAY
Break thes up however you would like but I do want to stress that if you are a begginner do break them up!! The easiest way to break these up is into 5 sets of 10 but you can totally decide how you want to do it. They need to be done as one workout though. They should not he broken up through the day.

A Tabata workout is 20 second of exercise 10 second rest. YOU MUST HAVE A STOP WATCH TO TIME THIS!! This will only be an 8 minute workout! EASY DAY!!!
--- It will be 4 repeated exercises 4 times -- 20 second workout and 10 second rest for a total of 8:00 mins

Teresa is happy to hear we've managed this week. I told her we're leaving the light on for her!
Tomorrow (Friday) at 6am I'll drive 2.5 miles to Chicago to do massages for a home school group. I gave 9 today so I am up washing sheets still, so I'll have what I need. I had to lift several of them today, so I'm wiped out....but tomorrow will be a lot of fun, and I need the money, so it will be good. I may or may not check in here, but I'll log my food at some point! Have a great weekend, everyone!0 -

miles: hiked 2 at Graveyard Fields off the Blue Ridge Parkway
So far today has been a fun, active day!
My husband came out to see the horse with me and we walked around the place at least a mile, probably a little more. My horse lives at the Biltmore Estate Equestrian Center and it's such a wonderful place to ride and also hike and bike around.
Then we rode our bikes to the River Arts District for a beer at one of our local breweries and to check out some of the artists and their galleries and rode home (4 mi total). I made it up the hill to our house on my bike and didn't have to get up to walk up that monster of a hill. Then we just walked the dogs a mile. So I am set with cardio for the day :bigsmile:
I also have plenty of cals left for dinner and even an ice cream treat! yay!

Hi everyone! My race went pretty good today. I will preface with I am not a fast runner and this is only my 2nd 5k. My time was 37min and 30 sec. Not fast but I beat my first race time by a couple of minutes so that made me happy. If I just keep improving I will be happy Kelly (kellymill) did it with me and she was sick and still manage to get a 3rd place trophy!
m00nflwr -- your day sounds like so much fun! Quietlywinning -- wow, that is a lot of messages to give in a day. I hope your day went well.

I am totally exhausted after the long drive to Chicago and back and doing 10 massages, yesterday. Thursday night I could NOT sleep......it was making me crazy! So I went into the day worn out. But I had a great time and I'm glad I did it. Today, though, I'm just TIRED. And laundry is started but nowhere near done. That's a lot of sheets to wash.0 -

Thank you Sharon, for your help. I looked for this, but couldnt find it....til Sharon helped. Guess I didn't type in the right search words. Anyway...
I have been doing some of the old exercises and some of my own each day, so don't know how to log them. I'll start week 11 tomorrow and look forward to finishing this last 2 weeks strong!!!:flowerforyou:
