I just realised I won. SORRY! I didn't notice!!

I'm going with a repeat.

Walking! get your shoes on and lets do some walking! whether it's on the treadmill, walking the dogs, or just a trip around the park. Lets count how much we walk in minutes since I don't think everyone keeps track of steps.

    darn it, I wasn't paying attention. I did mostly water workouts this week. :ohwell:

    Tuesday I did 55 minutes of walking. :bigsmile:

    I'm gonna try to pay better attention to what the challange is next week.

    It's been a really bad week for me. Hope to be back on track Monday. I had a bad wiegh-in & bad news in my life. So its all been a little too much. :cry:
