Hey all,
Do any of you use the fitbit? If so, do you log your calories for this weight lisfting manually or do you allow fitbit to update those calories?
I did stage 1 workout 1A yesterday and ran 1 mile plus and it only logged 39 extra calories - this does seem real low.
Thanks
Edited to add: my fitbit did register 223 calories, but MFP only took 39 calories.

I have just been manually adding as the fitbit only goes by movement and mine is quite off the 300 extra they advise to eat on workout days. But stage 1 shorter I have been manually adding 240-250 ish to here and hoping for the best! Its been fine so far.0

I use a fit bit. I've heard you aren't supposed to but I go off what my heart rate monitor tells me for calories burned0

Livestrong has a nice weight training calculation ... I'd definitely search it from there
The fitbit wont be accurate because it can't tell what your total exertion is, only that you're making small movements a few times, then resting inbetwixt it!0
