Currently at 143lbs down from 152 in January (I'm 5' 6")
I've just ordered 30 day shred and also these dumbells...

I thought I could use them at a lighter weight for the DVD and then have the option to go heavier if I want a quick home workout when I can't get tot the gym.
I go away on 14th June so hoping everything arrives this week so I can get going.

I started doing the shred too and I am halfway through right now. I found alll the videos on youtube for free!
I have noticed a crazy difference in my body already and am loving it! It is tough though!

Love love Love 30 day shred!!! I am at that stage where weight just won't come off, but somehow Jillian seemed to be magic for my body. I did 2 rounds of p90x first so I know that gave me a good platform, but I think I really needed the cardio and the stuff she has to offer in her videos ( I lost an inch from my waist--a huge achievement when you are a rectangle shaped body). I have 3 more JM videos to try and I hope to see as much success (hooray). Good luck!!0

I just started 30 day shred this week! I was doing circuit training + running before, but this is definitely kicking my butt in a new way I've seen others get some great results with this so I am excited to see how it goes for me, especially as I only have a couple more pounds I want to lose before I start transitioning into maintenance!0

I have it but I haven't used it yet. Are you incorporating other kinds of workouts into your routine? Do you do it every day?0

Hi! I'm new to the group... I finished the 30 Day Shred last Friday and lost 4 pounds with it. Lost inches as well. It's tough, but definitely worth it.. I'm off to try Ripped in 30 next... Good luck! :flowerforyou:0

I'm doing ripped in 30 but only 3-4 times a week along with some running and HIIT workouts from turbofire. Did you all do it daily?0
