I hope my nausea clears up too. Haven't actually puked but sometimes it's pretty annoying. @VeryKatie Hopefully your little ones will oblige meeting the outside world here soon.
I think my 10 lb was at least half prior to ttc lol but 175 is still better than the 205 I started at in 2019. Did try to go for a walk this weekend, but the cold air and my lungs didn't agree with each other so it wasn't a super long walk. Guess it's time to get the treadmill going. Gotta start low impact since I've been lazy for quite some time.

@VeryKatie I feel you. They're telling me I'm not going past 40w, they'll likely push for induction at 39w.
Both my others came late (40+5 on her own, 41+2 with induction but i had contractions that AM so it wasn't the Foley TG)
I'm hoping all our babies get the memo to come in their own but in time, and not require any extra interventions.

@kcd394 I was very nauseous with the last 2 pregnancies. It's really something that takes everything out of you. I'm sorry you're going through it. Rest and hydrate as best you can. It will end!

I ended up being induced on Jan 12 and it was the right call! My husband and I were so worried we'd have car twins because of a snow storm that came in. I got my first epidural very early after breaking Baby A's water so my labour was very relaxed, it was great. Knowing I was going home and having to take care of 3 kids plus new twins and myself I was glad I didn't make myself crazy with a mostly natural labour or anything. Induction took 9hr start to finish so that's pretty good too. This is the first time I've felt better post partum than I did while pregnant. And I didn't even realize how bad I felt while pregnant lol.

So my babies Reid and Dawn were born via vaginal delivery (regular for Reid and breech extraction - which is WEIRD y'all - for Dawn) on Jan 12 around 9 pm! Only 5 min apart.

@kcd394 I'm glad to hear your symptoms are improving! Hopefully the hip pain doesn't last either.

Didn't want to post until we were back home. I didn't weight-in Wk34 as I was in hospital. I got sick (flu-like virus - acute vomiting) and went in and out and back in to the ER 2 days later; later diagnosed with a form of preeclampsia (had no physical symptoms). My #s were getting worse so I was induced. The actual delivery was quite a horrible journey, but baby was born at 34.5wks natural (contractions finally picked up 20min prior to my csection deadline so I got my natural delivery). She had the cord around her neck and 2x around body, but dr sprung her free immediately. She was released from the NICU after 2.5wks. We are both home and doing well.

My liver is in normal range finally. My stomach is still messed up but getting better.

    Moving to post partum thread.

@VeryKatie congratulations on your twins and safe delivery!!

@kcd394 sometimes wearing a belly belt (or maternity compression tights) can help with hip and leg pain. I was sick my whole pregnancy, I hope you get relief soon and enjoy your 2nd trimester.

At week 24 and 5 days. US scan at week 20 was normal. Have traded nausea for frequent evening heartburn and nightly tums to combat acid reflux. Had only gained 1 lb in the last month between appointments but I think in this last week I've gained at least 4 lb... have been so hungry and eating too much junk. Plan to go home and make up some meals for this week's lunches and dinners so I quit eating stuff I don't need. I also made it a point to go for a walk Friday after dinner, did some stuff outside on Saturday, (Sunday it rained all day so I didn't do much) and today at lunch I took my dog for a walk. Trying to move more to combat hip and back pain. Finding its tough to put on my compression socks now as the belly is in the way. Also some fiesty little lady is kicking punching and stretching in there periodically. Going well but I gotta get my diet under control and maybe order larger scrub tops and some more stretch scrub pants for work... hope everyone is doing well.

Started at 178lb and now 195 lb at 24 weeks 5 days.

@kcd394 I find weight gain when pregnant goes like that! Holds steady then shoots up lol. Just go with the flow.

Heartburn is the worst! I was on tums, ranitidine and rapeprazole and still could barely eat without pain. It sucked. And then it took a couple weeks to go away after I was pregnant too!

Congrats on a little baby girl! I may have missed you saying girl before. Have you started thinking of names at all or do you plan to wait a little longer? I always had trouble choosing early.

Well I think all the cousins that were having girls have had them so I know what names are unavailable. My sister in law is also pregnant with a girl and due in June. Not sure what they are planning to name her. My cousin named one of his twin girls Claire (the other is Sadie) and I really like that name but will probably pick something else so as not to appear to steal it. The other girls born recently were Lottie and Quinn Ness. Have kinda looked at Irish names (husband's family is irish) but haven't seriously discussed it yet.
