Second HIM this season before buckling down in my full IM training.

Anyone else going to be out there?

I'm looking to go 5:20 in the race. I know they say Kansas is flat but having gone to college in the area, I know the course has every hill in the area. And the wind won't be pleasant!

    I will be there with my dad watching him race!

    I have been there the past 3 years, it's a good race!
