I'm on my third day of Paleo and each day I'm enjoying it more and more :-)

Anyway, I was just wondering what are your macronutrients ratios like and what kind of calories are you eating on an average day on Paleo?

    I just make sure I'm getting enough protein and not too many carbs. I end up between 1300 and 2000 cals a day but don't eat to that number - just eat as I need to. And to the people that posted on your threads and your "wall" that paleo is not good for athletes and there is no science to it....
    It was a professionally sponsored crossfit competitor and a world class (top 3) waterskier that turned me onto paleo. They seem to do pretty good. Also google (or facebook) Ido Portal - he has been paleo for 15 years and is an amazing athlete and human specimen

    Protein 19-35% of total calories
    Carb 22-40%
    Fat 28-47%

    Primal Blueprint recommends
    50-100 grams of carbohydrates per day to lose weight
    100-160 grams for weight maintenance
    Over 150 grams to gain weight
