Things I do when the mindless eating urges attack!

Options
GET AWAT FROM THE KITCHEn!
Get outside
Get distracted with something active, preferably requiring your mind and your hands...
Drink water...flavored if you like (just avoid aspartame please!)
Take a shower & brush your teeth...weird I know...but it does the trick!
I do a mix of all of the above...how about you??
