EMWL if not lifting??

I just found this group and have a question. I do not lift other than what JM has me do in her videos nor do I want to do more than that. I also zumba and walk/light jog. Is this EMWL okay for that amount of exercise??

Absolutely its for just plain cardio! Its just about setting a healthy calorie deficit for weight loss0 -

I just run and do Insanity videos. I don't do any lifting at this point... EM2WL is a philosophy that applies to every human body regardless of your activity of choice I think. If you burn a lot, though, for sport or whatever, it allows you to fuel that athletic performance without sacrificing energy to do so. A small calorie deficit is the smartest way to lose weight overall.0
