I'm joining a day late, but I weighed in yesterday at 254. 30 pounds in 90 days sounds pretty good to me! I started my weight loss about 1 year ago and 295 and my goal weight is 225. I'm doing Insanity and a lot of walking. Good luck to everyone!0 -

Yikes! Can you tell I just got back from vacation? I know the majority of my gain is from eating a ton of sodium and carbs and should go away as quickly as it came on, so I am hoping by next week to be at 177.0 -
