but while you are doing EM2WL....do you pay attention to MFP when it tells you....you will weight such in such in 5 weeks? The more I try to eat my calories the less it says I am going to lose and wasn't sure if I was doing something wrong?

Yeah MFPs calculations are off. They're a one-size-fits-all approach that doesn't really work. You have to ignore that.0

I stopped looking because it kept telling that I was going to gain :noway:0

previously when i was eating 1200 cals, it said i would lose... i didn't.
now im eating 1900, it says ill gain.. i haven't, i lost0 -
Another vote for "just ignore it."0

You can turn those messages off. I did and I don't see them anymore.0

thank you. So glad I am not going crazy. I think I will try and turn it off because it really makes me down0

When I was eating low cals, as set by MFP, it used to tell me how LITTLE I'd weigh in 5 weeks....yet I was staying the same or gaining (and I was logging every bite, lick and taste as accurately as I knew how). So I second the motion to ignore it!0

I actually laughed at it last night and said...."yeah right" :yawn:0
