INGREDIENTS:
1/4 small yellow onion
1/8 of serrano pepper
1/2 of baby bell pepper
4oz ground turkey
small handful of shredded cheddar

DIRECTIONS:sauteed (without oil) the vegetables.
once onions being to brown, put the veggies aside
brown the ground turkey
add the veggies to the turkey and mix for ~20 seconds
put the mixture in a bowl
top off with a small handful of shredded cheese
