Salmon and Feta Omelette

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
a few pinches of salmon
a small handful of goat cheese feta
1 stalk of broccoli chopped
a small handful of serrano pepper chopped

DIRECTIONS:
beat the eggs, and place in a pan over medium heat
add the remaining ingredients
once the eggs begin to cook, fold the egg over and heat until egg is fully cooked
