Low fat, low carb, High iron foods

I tend to problems with my iron levels anyway so don't really want them to get any lower.
Anyone have any ideas on these types of foods? I do eat red meat, but mostly do stick to chicken alot of the time, however am wondering if anyone has found any foods that are low in fat etc but high in iron?

How about brown rice & oatmeal? I've been doing steel cut oats in my rice cooker for breakfast (put them in the night before & set the timer) and eat them with fresh berries after my workout in the am.
Watermelon is good too, and it's the perfect time of year for that! Pumpkin seeds and pistachios are high in iron, but you'd have to watch the portion on those for fat. A cup of raisin bran packs a decent amount of iron too.
My iron levels are rather low too - just on the borderline of anemic. Not enough to be officially anemic, but enough that my blood floats in the little doohickey when I try to donate.0
