Has anyone had weight gain yet feels more toned?

I have been following the 30DS, starting L2 today, have also been going to the gym 3X a week, body combat 2X a week and have started a kettlebell workout too. For some reason I have gained weight, but I feel much healthier, look more toned and clothes are fitting better. I know I need to keep up with it, but it's really annoying that I can't see any weight change! I dread to think what I would be like if I stopped the exercise now! Could it be fluid/muscles? Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

    hi, i goined weight too working out regulary, it will be muscle mass increase, if you have access to a scale that reads it (most gyms have them) your body fat will have fallen and muscle mass increased therefore your overall weight will have increased as muscle weight more. you're moving in the right direction!
