    Ok,I did Day 27 week 4/workout 4 of phase 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution. This is my last day of doing workout 4 in phase 1 before I move on to phase 2 next week..Yes I do feel very very proud of myself :bigsmile: Like Jillian Says Make it happen.That's my favorite saying now.Have a great day :happy:
  • Running Mans three times? I'm officially scared. They're my least favorite. I can finish them, but it isn't pretty, ha. I am excited to get to Weeks 3 & 4 for something different though!

    workout 4 has been my favorite so far, one more week and I'll be done with phase 1. So excited can't wait until it get more challenging. I'll also be increasing my weight to 15 lbs can't wait to see the results.
