Hello All,
Another month of our "Life/s New Journey" is gone and I must say May was an excellent month eventhough week 5 was not our best week.
For week 5 there were 126 participants on the spread sheet and of those there were 23 participants that lost (total of 32.2lbs), 12 participants stayed the same, 51 participants did not record, and 40 participants that gained (total of 65.7lbs).

I think everybody deserves a huge pat on the back. Those are incredible numbers. I am proud of everyone.
