I don't notice a change in my stomach, but there is some improvement in my back.

I did a round of the Shred from Jan. 1 to Jan 30. Then I did the second round May 1 to May 31. From Jan. til now, I've gone from 167 lbs. to 138 lbs. I started at 225 April 2011. I'm just 3 lbs. shy of my goal.0 -
Awesome...youy look great! I have started ripped in 30 now...it is the same format as 30DS, but a bit more weights. I think I like it a little bit more than the Shred, but I am going to alternate when I am done with this one.0
