Hi all! I'm hypo and currently on Armour 90 mg (love that stuff!) I have heard such good things about Raspberry Ketones and decided to try adding the powdered version to my smoothies in the morning...
Has anyone tried this before? Thanks :)

    Hi,
I tried them, didn't feel good. It gave me the feeling of high blood pressure. Like a band around my head & hot ears? Didn't help with wt. loss either.. I don't think its good for thryroid problems... just my opinion. Maybe someone else has a better experience though.

I was told not to take them by the woman at the health food store because I am on thyroid meds.

I wouldn't take them on your own -- they are a form of DHEA and can give you strange symptoms like fast heartbeat, lightheadedness, etc... If your doctor would agree to test your DHEA I'm sure he can recommend a supplement that will help you if it's low.
