Leg pain from 30 day shred

I started the 30 day shred about two weeks ago, and I kept up with it just fine for five days. I actually enjoyed doing it. But after the fifth day I started having shin pains & I'm guessing it was shin splints (I was working out without shoes on a hard floor). Anyway, I took off about a week and half to heal, and today I started again (with shoes this time) but I couldn't even get through the cardio because my knees, shins, ankles, and even feet hurt so bad ): Is this normal? I'm probably going to go see a doctor to be safe, but I have no idea what to do. D:
