Good morning,
So far I have done workout 1 for A and B on stage 1 and I have to say that I enjoyed it very much.
I have no idea of the calorie burn as the FITBIT really doesn't register weight lifting, so I will be buying a HRM today so I can monitor my progress as the weeks go by.
I do have to say that as a runner, this is a little more challenging and I think my running will be taking a backseat for the first few weeks until the muscle builds up a little in my legs as they are so sore from the squats and lunges that there is no way I could run with good form - but I am not complaining.

Welcome! I love it too. I generally don't even count my lifting cals. I wear my HRM, but there are so many rests and setup time that it's all over the place. Have fun!0
