Hello All MFP's!!!!!!!

Today it's on!!! I downloaded the Insanity Aslyum workout calendar, and I am going to GO FOR IT!!!!! I am going to put 100% in to following the calendar, and doing these workouts 5-6 times per week, and I WILL....i repeat WILL keep my eating in check as well hahaha. I am also going to make a serious effort to keep up with my other activity (park, bike riding, long evening walks, and lunch jogs) instead of only focusing on the new addition.

Anyone else who wants to or is working on Insanity, BBL, P90X, or ANY OTHER high intensity workout program, lets support eachother!!!!

    Alllllllright MFP's!!!!!!! Yesterday was DAY ONE:: Insanity Asylum Speed and Agility!! 47 minutes of pure dripping sweat and maxing out over and over! I love this!! Recorded what I really thing is a modest 275 cals for that.....if I didn't burn at least 500 I am AMAZED!! This morning...DAY TWO:: Insanity Asylum Strength! # lbs. dumbells for my 1st round....already feeling the soreness of this intense strength training.... FEELS SO GOOD!!! Happy Friday everyone!

    I am doing Power90 right now. I am on day 32. When I am done and made it to day 90, I am starting Insanity. We just ordered it tonight!!

    Monday, and a well needed REST DAY!! Yesterday was verticcal plyo..... I feel like Tigger with all of that bouncing around. It was a great follow up after Saturday's 'Back 2 Core' workout. Back 2 Core focuses a lot on the back area. I love it, but a few more sweat beads somehow always make me FEEL like I worked harder!! Almost one week down......thouroughly enjoying it!!

    Day 7!!!! Insanity Asylum strength workout. I love the strength!! I focus on cardio mostly, so when I make it through one of these I feel so accomplished! Tons of focus on the back, chest, core and lets not forrget the arms!!! Got up at 4:15 am and pounded out this 45 min. workout before work today!!! It was amazing, and I am looking forward to tomorrow for another round of back 2 core!!

    **Yesterday I didn't make it here to report, but It was round 2 of the 'speed and agility'...... Sweat fest as always!!! I feel like there is no way I didn't melt 400 calories doing that 45 min. workout!!**

    I hope everyone has a fantastic Wednesday hump day :~) Now to commence the water drinking and calm this gumbeling belly with some oatmeal!!
