New to the group

Hi Everyone,
New to the group... wanted to introduce myself. So basically, i have chosen to go to a "healthier lifestyle" i havent figured out what that really consists of yet, but working on it. I am happy with my weight (not really sure what it is, but look in the mirror and am ok with what i see. I just want to tone up a bit so i dont have the flabby edges). I have a calorie intrake set at 1200 a day. I have been doing really well with that. I have been do some strengthening exercises every morining, and just about everyday some sort of cardio (either zumba or a walk). I have really tried to encorporate alot of fish and chicken in my diet, and havent really eaten red meat in a long time.
I look forward to the information you guys have to share!

Hi I'm new to this group too! Have lost a few pounds (and many inches LOL) in the past 10 weeks. Happy seeing my clothes fitting better and nice to see that I do have some muscles!!! feel free to add me0
