Need help from my Medifast friends!! I am going away this weekend to play volleyball, both days are grass tournaments and Im spending the night at a friends (whom doesnt know im on a diet, they can be critical) so I need to pack for 2 full days my 5 medifast meals, Im scared the bars will melt in the sun and no access to a microwave. HELP! What should i make before hand to stay on track?
I was thinking to premake the pancakes, I can eat that for breakfast both days!
I also will make the cookies with a recipe I found online.

If you can get a bottle of water (cold) - you can make ahead (or at the time of your meal) the cold drinks. I prefer the cranberry mango mixed with Crystal Light Orange or the Orange Drink (mixed with a citrus or orange crystal light).
If you can boil water - you can make the oatmeal or hot cocoa at the time of your meal.
Pizza bites, BBQ bites, Cinnamon Pretzels or Honey Mustard Pretzels travel well (if you can keep them from being crushed) and take longer to eat. I like to much on these when others are eating popcorn or chips (ie: at a movie, etc.).
The pudding is quick and easy to mix and eat - if you practice guessing at the amount of water - you can mix it quickly without having to measure...just need cold water and a bowl or cup.
I've found Medifast meals travel very well - and it takes very hot temperatures to melt the crunch bars so much that they're a problem...sometimes the "icing/frosting" part sticks to the wrapper...but is still edible (if you're not in polite company and can swipe your finger through the melted sweetness...) yum :-) Zapping a bar in the microwave for 10 seconds deliberately melts it and feels like a decadent dessert.
Good luck!0
