I was able to figure out what my bmr (1475) and my adjusted TDEE is (1696).
I do cardio almost everyday because I love how I feel.
Today I am going to start weight lifting again. I useto when I had a trainer then I got lazy and gained.
Do I eat back my calories that I burn?
I read somewhere that when I lift I always have to add 200 calories. Is this true?
Thanks,
Really excited for this journey!
