New to MFP

Hey y'all! I'm new to MFP, but not to losing weight. I've been overweight for pretty much all of my adult life. I've tried to lose weight, even once losing 95 lbs. I didn't put it all back on, but much of it. I've currently got about 110 lbs or so to go to a healthy weight range. I want to do this in a really healthful and sustainable way this time. Although my hubby loves me as I am he's being really supportive and trying to adapt to this healthy lifestyle with me. :-)

Welcome Wendy! It's nice to have you here. We try and support each other our group is a little smaller than the huge 100lb board but it makes it so we can get to know each other a little better. I too have struggled with my weight for what seems like forever. 95lbs is amazing, my highest is 35. Check out our weekly challenge!0
