ok I am thinking I need a reset since I just jumped in full force and did TDEE-15%.

Stats

32
5"8
193 lbs

BMR -1625
TDEE- 2519
TDEE- 15% 2141

So to do a full reset I need to eat every day at 2519? and never NET below BMR of 1625?

ok I guess my first question should of been how do you know you need a full reset?

For me I have never done a full reset and I lost 3 lbs after first month but since then this is my 7th week. I have gained those 3 back PLUS another lb .

Thanks in advance- wonderful people. Just need to get my brain wrapped around everything. Although I have gained. I am sure I have lost inches since I just tried on some capris that use to be skin tight and almost impossible to button up NOW fits perfectly.

    Good morning !!!

First of all ...yes, if you have your calcs corect based on your activity, you eat TDEE , no eating back exercise cals since its accounted for in your TDEE .

Reset .... How do u know? Everyone is diff, but generally it's when you have stalled in your weight loss for a while, and/or you've eaten at low calories for an extended period of time.

One must be mentally prepared for it. Consistency is important. You will likely feel bloated, see a gain on the scale. If you haven't already, please read the sticky "what to expect when upping cals" and the sticky on metabolism reset.

I took a diet break 4 weeks ago. Ate at TDEE for 3 weeks and am now back to 15% deficit. I gained 6 on scale during the diet break at TDEE. Back down now.

    Good luck!
