Jillian Michael's Diet

Hi all!

I'm new to fitness pal and have been doing JM's body revolution for 3 weeks now! I ended up hurting my toe and took a week away from Jill to rest it but now I am back on the bandwagon and I am starting week's 3 and 4 again! The workouts are great but I had a question concerning the diet portion of this workout. Some of the recipes are great but I don't plan on following them strictly, I was wondering if there was a certain daily caloric intake I should stay within? I've been sticking to 1200 calories for now. Thanks for the help and I'm glad this group is out there!
