KEEP ON MOVING

although i hate working out............... i do know the importance of exercise and keeping our wonderfully made bodies in motion. so let's make it a goal to increase whatever exercise you are currently doing. ex. 30 mins on the treadmill increase to 1 hr. only working out 2 days a week, increase to 3 days a week.

    Went to my very 1st zumba class last night. Wow, I would have won the funniest video, trying to move my feet. Looking forward to next time. :tongue:
