Three days in, doing well

Even though I can have a treat on the weekends, I figured I would be a bit more strict with myself since I had a graduation party to attend on Friday night, Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Plus my anny. is coming up this week. That would have turned into 6 S days in 10!

No seconds has proven to be fairly easy as I tend to "plate" in the kitchen instead of plunking down bowls of food.

No sweets had been hard as the cakes at the parties are above and beyond the usual fare. I also put all my snack bars, candy in a tin and gave it to my DD to hide. She will dole out small pieces of dark chocolate next weekend ... maybe... Hope to go three straight weeks with no sweets.

No snacks is the hardest. I need to eat a bit more food at meals in the future!

Nice job! I think that the no snacking part is the most difficult, too. We all just need to remember to have a little more at each meal to make sure we don't get too hungry! Good luck with your no-sweets for three weeks. It will be tough, but I'm sure you can do it!

Today is my first true day of No S. Wish me luck!
