getting a cold :-(

Should I keep lifting/exercising the next few days or rest?

    Hey lady, it depends on how you feel. When I have a regular cold, I keep going, but if I come down with chills, chest congestion, and all that...then I rest myself...

    But either way, since you will be over it soon, don't drop calories either way...

    Thanks, Lucia! So far it's looking like it might be a run-of-the-mill cold, so I'll keep to my schedule for now. It's still the early stages, though. And thanks for the calorie advice; I had forgotten to ask about that part. :smile:
