Let's do the water challenge again for this week.. If you remember the groups choose who you want to do..I choose ALPHA 64oz
8 ounces = 1 cup
16 ounces = 2 cups
32 ounces = 4 cups = 1 quart
128 ounces = 16 cups = 4 quarts = 1 gallon;
Groups
Alpha 8oz
Bravo 10oz
Charlie 12oz
Delta 14oz
Echo16oz
of water per day for the next 7 days.
I thought it was a good challenge and I want to keep it going

i joined last saturday or sunday and i thought we were doing the challenge last week but no one was doing anything. Lets do this..im ready to be a alpha (8 cups) a day0

I looked for one last week also ::drinker: but didn't see one either.So I decided to start one again.. I enjoy the challenge and am hoping to go to the next group someday.. I have a hard time drinking 64oz of water a day as it is..i joined last saturday or sunday and i thought we were doing the challenge last week but no one was doing anything.
