My Stage 1 NROLW results

I just finished stage one too and dropped a pant size.
Here are my weights results (they could have been better but I dislocated 2 ribs a couple weeks ago so I wasn't able to increase weight these last 2 weeks.
Squats-Smith Machine- 90 lbs to a120 lbs (plus the 15 lbs for the bar)
Lunges-15 lbs dumbbells to 20 lb
Step ups-12 inch, 15 lbs to 20 lbs
Seated row-50 lbs to 75 lbs
LAt pull down-55 lbs to 80 lbs
Deadlifts-using a curl bar-60 lbs to 80 lbs
shoulder press-20 lbs (no increase) it was pretty heavy for me the whole way through, probably started too heavy.
pushups-3 sets of 4 full pushups and 8 girly ones to 3 sets of 12 full pushups

Great results! Get a Chiropractor that does extremity work (CCEP) to correct your ribs!0

Oh I have a chiro and he put them back in It took 3 treatments for them to stick but it's all good now.0

I adore my chiropractor! Your results are amazing, even with the setback you had. Fabulous job! I'm just finishing up week 1 of stage 1 . . . though I chose to do New Rules For Abs, instead of New Rules for Women. Only because I don't have all my equipment at home yet . Can't wait to see your results from Stage 2! You are rockin' it.0

Great progress! I just finished workout B3 and I find it to be progress that I can now walk normally after a good leg workout. That first week was killer as I was basically starting from ground zero. I still can't add more than body weight to my lunges, but I think I'm going to at least get some 5 lb dumbbells next time around. Can't wait to see all of these muscles I'm building. They are currently nicely hidden.0
