New to the group & just wanted to say hi! My name is Sandy,I'm 26..mommy of 2 and my starting weight was 132lbs and i'm down to 117..maybe less..i don't know i refuse to get on a scale since i've started strength training,cause muscle weighs more then fat,and i just hate seeing the scale go up regardless of the reason,anyways...HI! :P
