Muscle Definition Seperation !! woohooo

Its so exciting when you start to see all your hard work paying off !
The other day when doing bicep curls I could see the beginnings of seperation between my left deltoid and bicep muscle. I was so excited ! I've never seen definition in my arms before. Theres always been that layer of fat covering my arms. Arms went down 2 cm's two months ago at my 3 monthly appraisal.
I cant wait to get back in the gym tonight !!!
