Activity level check

Hey all

Just wanted to double check to make sure I'm figuring my exercise out properly for my tdee. I do my weights 3x a week for about 40 minutes. In addition to that, I try to make sure I walk 2 miles a day. At around 3.0 mph, that works out to be about 40 minutes as well. On occasion I'll do 4 miles in a day, going out twice. If I can't get out to walk, I will try to substitute in my 30 DS video for a workout.

I have my activity level set to moderate based on the above. If I get all of the above in, it does work out to be 6-8 hours of exercise during the week. Last week it totaled 7.51 hours but I'd hardly call it "strenuous". The calories I burn does not leave me needing to up my calories on a daily basis, since they aren't high burns.

Which activity level do you think the above falls into?

I think I would recommend averaging the moderate and very active categories and using that number as your cut.

hmm. Ok. What spurred on the question is because two days this week during my workouts I felt tired and weak, so I was questioning if I was getting enough to fuel what I was doing. I picked moderate because I didn't think my 150 cal burn walks (from mfp totals) would add up to being the same as someone who was doing weights and high cardio burns.

    I'm 5'5, currently 168, 40 yrs old

    Does this sound right

    TDEE: 2452
    15% Cut: 2084

Im currently set to 1900 a day

    Hello!

Yep Moderate sounds right. I would bump your calories up to 2000 and see how your energy levels feel while working out.
