Hi Ladies!
Now that we are really getting into the warmer months that involve cookouts, family outings and other fun filled activities...what are you doing to stay on track with your fitness goals?
I have recently bounced back from falling off the wagon, but from the years that I have spent trying to get fit, I realize that the summer months can be just as hard as the holiday months... some of the things that I have decided to do:
1. Log in daily, I get so much motivation from seeing the great work that my friends are doing and even when I'm not on my game I still motivate others
2. Tracking my food on my cheat days...I had a real eye opener this weekend, but I enjoyed myself so no big deal, I just know that I have to stay on track and watch my weekly totals
3. Keep up with my water intake
4. Stay active....

I gotcha back sista....
I am very proud you! It o.k that you fell off the wagon...The most important thing is that your back and you didn't quit. That is what I like about you...even though our personal lives are what they are...you still stay connected! You don't shut down or quit...you just get right back up... That is the strength I see in you! No matter what I'm on your side for sure!
Stick to your 4 goals and your bound to succeed....

I tend to be more active and drink more water in the summer, naturally, because of the nicer weather. I also don't want to heat the house up with cooking ~ so I do more grilling and main dish salads, which tend to have less calories too. My problem in the summer is the craving for ice cream! I am living in South Africa, so it is winter here and I am struggling to avoid all the "comfort food" and baking. Ugh! =(0
