Easy question

How often do you recalculate your TDEE? As your weight fluctuates, I imagine TDEE will have to be readjusted?

I've put on some weight in my upping and reset...started about 3.5 months ago. Do I recalc based on my gain...or is that just a "fake" gain (feels darn real to me though!). Should I just recalc once I'm ready to cut? I know, it may not have changed much once I apply the formula, despite the gain. But the question still stands for once I start losing again.

Thanks!

Yes this is a good question? Do you keep recalculating every 5lbs in either direction? Or do you hold on on the upswing and adjust on the down?
  • Its 5lbs lost...not gained. Remember when your weight goes up its not real FAT..
